The shocking findings

Quoting leaked post-mortem results, The Sun said the 5ft 10 singer's body was "severely emaciated" and his stomach contained nothing more than partially dissolved pills.
Despite having a punishing rehearsal schedule for his upcoming concerts, Jackson was understood to be eating once a day.
The Sun also claimed to have seen notes that said Jackson's hair had fallen out and that his face was covered in plastic surgery scars. Several of his ribs were allegedly broken and injection sites were visible from where medics had tried to kick-start his heart with shots of adrenaline. But a statement from the Los Angeles County coroner said that the report is not accurate and that some of it is totally false.
Dr Charles Knight, a consultant cardiologist and secretary of the British Cardiovascular Society, said that the injections of adrenaline given to Jackson would not have been a "first-line treatment" but were likely to have been given to the singer in the hospital when other methods of resuscitation had failed. The fatal cardiac arrest suffered by Jackson could have been caused by a variety of different things, he added.

HOMAGE TO AAMI........

The Dance of the Eunuchs

It was hot, so hot, before the eunuchs came
To dance, wide skirts going round and round, cymbals
Richly clashing and anklets jingling, jingling
Jingling... Beneath the fiery gulmohur, with
Long braids flying, dark eyes flashing, they danced and
They dance, oh, they danced till they bled... There were green
Tattoos on their cheeks, jasmines in their hair, some
Were dark and some were almost fair. Their voices
Were harsh, their songs melancholy; they sang of
Lovers dying and or children left unborn...
Some beat their drums; others beat their sorry breasts.
And wailed, and writhed in vacant ecstasy. They
Were thin in limbs and dry; like half-burnt logs from
Funeral pyres, a drought and a rottenness
Were in each of them. Even the crows were so
Silent on trees, and the children wide-eyed, still;
All were watching these poor creatures' convulsions
The sky crackled then, thunder came, and lighting
And rain, a meagre rain that smelt of dust in
Attics and the urine if lizards and mice....

TRIBUTE TO MADHAVIKUTTY

The Maggots

At sun set , on the river ban , Krishna

Loved her for the last time and left...

That night in her husband's arms ,Radha felt

So dead that he asked what is wrong,

Do you mind my kisses , love? And she said ,

No, not at all, but thought, What is

It to the corps if the maggots nip?

QUOTES ON CINEMA........

Cinema is the most beautiful fraud in the world.
Jean-Luc Godard
Every great film should seem new every time you see it.
Roger Ebert
In feature films the director is God; in documentary films God is the director.
Alfred Hitchcock
Going to the cinema is like returning to the womb; you sit there, still and meditative in the darkness, waiting for life to appear on the screen.
Federico Fellini
A lot of people who go to the art cinema don't want this sort of thing. This can be a problem for those who are educated in mainstream cinema and who want some guarantee that, at the end of the film, they can leave and forget what they have seen.
What I've learned is that life is too short and movies are too long.
Denis Leary
All you need for a movie is a gun and a girl.
